About every 2nd or 3rd year the Tour de France swings by Bourg d’Oisans and La Marmotte is held here every year. The town is world famous and a must visit for all cycling lovers. The French Alpes is a Eldorado for the cycling community and is known for its challengers for the experienced and fit rider, but also with routes for the inexperienced, who in a safe environment can enjoy a nice biking experience. This is a unique opportunity to transfer your current form to a higher and better level.

All apartments are equipped with kitchen, the larger ones all have two bathrooms. All beds are one-person in high quality 200 cm x 90 cm. Every apartment has a safe and securely locked basement for your bikes.

Flights and transfer

We recommend that you fly direct to Lyon with Easyjet, which is both the cheapest and fastes way to RIDERS- Only 140 km and aprox 1:30 min. Alternately you can fly to Geneva, which is 220 km from RIDERS, arround 2,5 hour drive. Here you have more airline and departures to choose from. Transfer can be arranged to and from both airports with a minimum of 6 persons.

Lyon: aprox € 67 pr person inbound/outbound
Genèva aprox € 94 pr person inbound/outbound

Besides that we recommend car rental from Lyon and Geneva through www.autoeurope.com which is aproximately 60-70% below competition.

 

Bike rental and transfer of bikes

RIDERS offers a discount on bike rental at the local bike rental www.cycleetsports.com- Add "RIDERS" when booking.

Carbon bikes from € 37 pr day.

We can offer transportation of bikes for aprox € 200 in/outbound.
